David A. Zelinski – Broker/Owner
David Z. grew up in Columbus and Worthington, Ohio, and graduated from Bishop Watterson High School. He attended Ohio State University, until being drafted into the Marine Corps in 1969. After serving almost nine years active duty in the Intelligence and Crypto-Linguistic field, he decided to become a REALTOR. David has two children, and is a proud grandfather to a girl and two boys!
David earned his Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation in 1996, his Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation in 2003. His Accredited Buyers Representative Manager (ABRM) designation in 1998, and his Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI) in 1984. He has served his professional community as a very active member of the Board of REALTORs. In addition to chairing many of the standing committees, he has been a past Director, and was the 1998 Board President. David Z. is also active in the Chamber of Commerce, having served on several committees and he is a "Paul Harris Fellow" and past President of the Jacksonville Breakfast Rotary.
Having been the owner of his own independent company since 1986, and a consistent top producer in the Jacksonville market, David Z. decided in 1999 to purchase a Realty World franchise. As Owner / Broker of the Realty World Today Team, David Z. is focused on building a team committed to personalized service.

Josephine ’Jo’ Zelinski – Broker/Owner
Jo (also known as David’s better half!) graduated high school from Stigler, OK and completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business from Campbell University in 2006. Jo wears many hats. She is the wonderful wife of David, a dedicated mother of two active girls, an Owner/Broker and also office manager here at Realty World Today! Jo is responsible for the daily operations and constant improvements of Realty World Today. On a daily basis, you will find Jo hard at work improving advertising, website updates, Sales Training, listing presentations and everything in between! Jo is constantly attending new training courses so that she insures that our office is up-to-date on all of the constant changes of the Real Estate world. In addition to the E-Pro designation, which taught her web marketing, she now has her ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative designation and her SFR, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. She has been a Jacksonville resident for almost 12 years and in that time she has purchased and sold her own property as well. Jo understands the complications and excitement of moving, having been moved by the Marine Corps many times. We know you will enjoy her enthusiasm and dedication in assisting you in the buying or selling process for your next home.

Robert J. Butts - Broker
Retired Sgt.Maj. Robert Butts is a Marine dedicated to serving your needs using his leadership and go-get-em attitude he learned in the Corps! In 2007 Robert attended many continuing education classes and earned his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and his Seller's Residential Specialist (SRS) Designations. In 2008 he earned his GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) designation. All of these mean he has the knowledge and professionalism to help you purchase or sell your home. He can also provide advice on creating wealth thru real estate investments!

Naomi Fenstermaker - Property Manager
Being a Marine's wife, Naomi is familiar with the trials and tribulations of moving constantly. She has lived in the Jacksonville area for over 27 years. Naomi has worked in Real Estate Sales and Office Management and Property Management for more than 16 years. Naomi joined the Realty World Today Team in October of 1999 as our Property Manager. With her strong military background and real estate knowledge she understands not only the needs of homeowners, but the stress and demands of tenants and owners' concerns. As part of the Realty World Team, Naomi is dedicated to professionally manage our rental inventory. No job is too tough for her and she is always there willing to go the extra mile.
