★  We File Eviction Documents and Go to Court On Owners Behalf (If Needed)

★  We Take Digital Photos of Your Property Before and After Moving a Tenant,
     Those Will Be Available to You Upon Request

★  We Can, at your Wishes, Refuse Any Tenant with
     Pets. However, Refusing Pets May Add to the Time it Takes to Have Your
     Home Rented. We ALWAYS REFUSE: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Sheppard,
     Chow, and Doberman Pincher Dogs. Unless They Have Proper
     Documentation Stating it is a ‘Service Dog.’
